Find a men’s group that doesn’t revolve around cigars. Plenty out there. But it can take time to find one where you feel comfortable and aligned with other members.
I’ve sort of connected with a couple at church. The health challenges have made it a little difficult to get there. But I’m trying to make more of an effort.

It does take effort. For some it comes easily, for others (like me, and perhaps you) it feels like work. But in the end it’s worth it.
